Good color, slow delivery
I ordered the Intense Ruby Moon semi-permanent dye and it worked really well on my pre-lightened hair. The color was vibrant and exactly what I expected. However, shipping took almost 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. The product itself is great, but they could definitely improve their delivery times. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus.
My hair looks amazing!
So I got the Pastel Lavender and used it with the Color Depositing Conditioner. My hair looks so good, like, exactly the shade I wanted! It was super easy to use, too. I was worried it wouldn't show up much because my hair isn't super light, but it totally did. Definitely gonna try the Mint next time.
